first you need to use bmw key pro to program the transponder ,and then program the remote control .

Issue with remote
1.First, have all the master (electronic) keys available before you attempt to reinitialize the BMW keys.
2.Next, get into the BMW and close the doors.
3.Place the key in the ignition and turn to position 1 for 5 seconds and then immediately remove the key.
4.Now press and hold the "unlock" button. While holding the "unlock" button and within a period of 10 seconds, quickly press the "lock" button 3 times.
5.Now release the "unlock" button so that no buttons are being pressed.
6.The BMW should lock and unlock all the locks rapidly to indicate a successful key reinitialization.
7.To do additional keys, repeat the above steps for another key. Make sure to wait no more than 30 seconds between each initialization.
A few things to keep in mind
- In step 2, close the doors, but keep them unlocked.
- In step 3, 5 seconds is the maximum time. Try 2 or 3 seconds instead.
- In step 7, additional keys do not need to be inserted in ignition at all. Just repeat steps 4 and 5 within 30 seconds.
